Best thing to do is to go here http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/introducing/ and upload your music to the correct region, this will raise a mail to the producer of the BBC Introducing in Scotland show. Also good old posting a CD with contact details, band bio, etc, is still a good way to get it heard.
